We have met with De Silva Tutors’ staff. In addition, 23 clients and 21 tutors have completed an on-line survey (sent to 142 clients and 81 tutors) and we have followed this up with additional short phone interviews with some of those surveyed.

Nearly 65 per cent of those we surveyed found out about him through other satisfied parents (the rest via their school, the Good Schools Guide or an online search) and 100 per cent said they’d recommend him. ‘Craig is so lovely, as are his tutors,’ lauded one, with another saying he runs ‘a fabulous local company that really cares about children’s outcomes’. ‘They’re not pushy or commercial,’ another pointed out, and some said the company ‘changed our lives’. Tutors tell us Craig is ‘one of the most decent people I’ve ever met’, ‘is lovely to work for’ and ‘has a lot of contacts and experience’.
