The Good Schools Guide review of Tutor House

Alex Dyer was teaching psychology full time in a London tutorial college when some of his pupils asked him for one-to-one tuition. He started working for a tutorial agency because one of his subjects – PE – was an unusual tutorial speciality. An educational psychologist began to refer pupils with dyslexia and other special needs to him; he built up clients and started employing teachers from his and other tutorial colleges. ‘Very personable, very easy to get on with,’ say clients.
