Cavendish School caters for pupils who have severe and complex learning difficulties. In December 2005, Cavendish School was included in Ofsted's list of "Particularly Successful Schools". In February 2006, the pupils of Cavendish School were entered into the Olympic Regional Final for the North West, representing Merseyside. The school are very proud of the children who came back with 32 medals!
