No pretentious window dressing here and no doubt at all that energy, investment and care is directed where it matters most: the pupils. Space may be at a premium, but what stands out at The Roche is the massive heart at the centre of this small school. Pupils and staff smile, thrive and achieve in this people-centric environment and impressive results prove the adage that happy children do well.

Mobile phone policy
A clear mobile phone policy is a really important part of modern schooling. This school has provided us with their policy.
Mobile phone policy
The Roche School recognises that personal communication through mobile technologies is an accepted part of everyday life for pupils, staff and parents/carers but requires that such technologies need to be used safely and appropriately within school. Pupils are not allowed to keep their mobile phones, smart watches or fit-bits with them in school and have to hand them in to the school office or teacher at the start of the school day and collect them at the end of the school day. The sending of abusive or inappropriate messages or content via mobile phones or personal devices is forbidden by any member of the school community.
