We are continually expanding Uni in the USA and are already looking at the next unis we want to visit. So Virginia Tech is one of several in the Guide that comes under the heading of "Also worth considering...".

We don’t yet have an in–depth write–up on it, but we think it represents value for money once you pitch up on campus, and is definitely worth a look – so we’ve included a little information on it just to be sure you don't overlook it.

What says...

The atmosphere at Virginia Tech is more like your typical large state school rather than a tech; Greek life and football dominate the campus life, and students are keen on making space in their hard-working schedules for lots of fun. Blacksburg, VTech's tiny college town, may be in the middle of nowhere, but this gives it the advantage of both providing an extreme community spirit, and of being close to many unbelievable sites of natural wonder, including forests, mountains and rivers.
