We are continually expanding Uni in the USA and are already looking at the next unis we want to visit. So William and Mary is one of several in the Guide that comes under the heading of "Also worth considering...".
We don’t yet have an in–depth write–up on it, but we think it represents value for money once you pitch up on campus, and is definitely worth a look – so we’ve included a little information on it just to be sure you don't overlook it.
What Uni in the USA says...
A top-notch, East Coast, very old public university (for America), W&M can be seen as a smaller, less famous version of the prestigious University of Virginia. As the second oldest university in the country, W&M educated many of the leading figures in America’s early history, including three Presidents and 16 signatories of the Declaration of Independence (including Thomas Jefferson, who went on to found the University of Virginia). It is still home to the nation's oldest fraternity.
