Special Education Needs

There are currently 180 students on the Special Needs Register. Most of these students are dyslexic or have dypraxia. All students receiving extra support have Individual Education Programmes. The majority of our students take learning support lessons instead of a modern foreign language. Examination results are good and students have a full range of access arrangements A further 40 pupils are receiving support for English as an additional language.
