What the school says...

Loretto is deliberately small, allowing a purposeful and caring family atmosphere. Set within 85 acres of grounds in a historic campus, it is located in the small town of Musselburgh, close to the bustling cultural life of Edinburgh. Thank the school

Parents and pupils often have cause to acknowledge the help and support they have received from their schools, for example in helping in the choice of further education or careers. "Say thank you" allows you to send a quick note of appreciation to the school in general or to an individual teacher.

This is a thank you to your school, teacher or careers adviser who helped you to get where you are now.

Please fill in the fields below, which we will transform into a letter of thanks from you to them.

Leave blank if you want to thank the school as a whole

Years you were there

Can be left blank but, if you can, think of a few words that will bring a smile.

Since 2014, Dr Graham Hawley BSc PhD PGCE, previously head of Kelly College, Tavistock; has also taught at Ardingly and Warwick School. Educated at Mill Hill School, followed by Durham and Exeter. Not a pinstripe suited, hands on lapels, sound bite delivering headmaster of the bullfrog sort - a modest and gently amusing conversationalist who listens sensitively. Dr Hawley's first class hons in natural sciences and his doctorate have taken him to solitary places: the west coast of Scotland, Devon, Cornwall, India, Bangladesh...
