Since 2013, Jamie Hornshaw BEd, NPQH (40s). Recently completed MEd in educational leadership at Buckingham. Educated at Borden Grammar in Sittingbourne and Plymouth University, where he took his primary teaching degree. Intent that Berkhamsted prep no longer seen as an easy shoo-in to the increasingly competitive senior school, entry to which he wants to be ‘seen as a bonus.’ Investing heavily in freshening up both the site and the staff room – ‘lots of rolling up sleeves and getting back to basics.’
