What the school says...
At Alton Convent School, we nurture, extend and challenge all our pupils. We have a strong tradition of academic excellence with a huge commitment to extra curricular activities, including sport and the arts. We aim to meet the individual needs of every single pupil within the context of an outward looking, dynamic and responsive school community.
Alton Convent School is a leading independent Catholic day school. The selective senior school provides a broadly based academic education for girls from 11 to 18 years whilst the preparatory and Garden House Day Nursery schools develop the potential of boys and girls aged 6 months to 11 years. Pupils of all faith backgrounds are welcomed within the schools community.
The school continues to be committed to its wider access policy and has generous scholarships available at 7+, 11+ and 16+. Fees include all lunches, swimming and stationery. ...Read more
