We have met with Fleet Tutors’ staff. In addition, 39 clients and 61 tutors have completed an on-line survey (sent to 404 clients and 235 tutors) and we have followed this up with additional short phone interviews with some of those surveyed.
Run by Mylène Curtis, who bought Fleet in 2003 and sold it to Supporting Education Group (SEG) in 2018. Glamorous, go-getting and half-American, she so successfully injected the company, founded in 1977, with energy and ambition that it grew far more quickly than most agencies we’ve reviewed.
