SEN statement

Provided by the school and not part of our review

Carlton Digby School is a special school for children and young people aged 4-18 with a broad range of difficulties. We are committed to delivering the best possible education to ensure that our young people are prepared for their future and they reach their full potential. We foster the vision and ethos of 'Together We Achieve' throughout our inspiring and aspirational school. We provide highly specialised and personalised education for young people with an education, health and care plan across the Gedling Borough and Nottinghamshire. We benefit from a fantastic, fully accessible, purpose built school, opened in 2012, with plenty of space for all the young people who attend our school. We have numerous specialist teaching rooms, including food technology, art and technology, science laboratory, hydrotherapy pool, soft play and a fully immersive sensory room. Our outdoor space is well equipped for our young people to be physically active and develop important social skills and communication skills. We view every moment in school as a learning opportunity.
