Provided by the school and not part of our review

We encourage all pupils with SEN to fulfil their potential here at school. We encourage students to play to their strengths and to develop their talents. We provide in class support with qualified TAs to assist pupils. We also extract pupils with literacy difficulties for work on our ARROW and WORDSHARK programmes. We have Maths Intervention classes to help those who find maths challenging. We run numerous programmes to help children manage their anger and to develop social skills. Children who benefit from the use of a lap top are provided with an Alphasmart machine for use in key lessons.

In September 2005 we are opeing our state of the art ilearn centre which will cater for those who need an individual learning programme specially developed to meet their individual needs.
