SEN statement

Provided by the school and not part of our review

Ramsden strives to be an inclusive school. We appreciate that some of our children do not just have Special Educational Needs but also social and emotional needs and we adapt our curriculum, opportunities and experiences to accommodate this. We also have a number of highly experienced Teaching Assistants who are able to work with children with differing specific needs. We keep track of lastest research concerning specific needs and update our knowledge and understanding, acquiring appropriate resources where possible. We are always available to discuss concerns with parents and carers and have been able to support them with difficulties at home as well as school.
