SEN is a whole school issue. The SEN team comprises SENCO, assistant SENCO and 9 LSATs. Each subject area has an allocated LSTA, although all will work as required. The Learning Zone is an area where pupils may receive individual and small group support. Pupils may be supported in-class, by withdawal or by individual programmes. In KS4 there is the opportunity to follow more vocational courses which may be individually tailored.
