Pupils appear engaged here in this bright and attractive purpose-built school. The high staffing ratios help to ensure that every child is busy and actively engaged in learning or doing. ‘They teach for the real world and do not cosset pupils,’ according to one parent. It's intense stuff and you need to be prepared to buy into and play your part in the programmes, but for those whom it suits, parents report great progress and strides made that were never thought possible.
