A clear mobile phone policy is a really important part of modern schooling. This school has provided us with their policy.
Mobile phone policy
Cargilfield has a strict no-mobile phone policy for day pupils, prohibiting them from bringing phones to school. Our boarders are allowed to have mobile phones, but their use is restricted to the evening. Mobile phones must be handed to the house parent upon arrival and returned before bedtime. During school hours, if children need to contact their parents for important matters, they may use the school telephone.

Our view
Cargilfield is 'buzzing', according to parents. In recent years Cargundians have won a King’s Scholarship to Eton, the top scholarships at Wycombe Abbey and Rugby, two Winchester elections, a Harrow music scholarship and scooped the top scholarship
