Surely the most grounded independent school in Bristol and tackling its complex history head on, Collegiate manages the apparent contradiction between all students achieving all they are capable of, yet not making it all about grades. Proud yet unpretentious, insisting on high standards of behaviour and appearance yet accepting of all backgrounds, this school is, according to one parent, ‘too modest and undersells itself’. Time to step into the spotlight now that it has shed the Colston name but retains the best parts of his legacy?

Mobile phone policy

Provided by the school and not part of our review

Collegiate School recognises that mobile phones are now an important aspect of everyone's life and have considerable value, particularly in relation to individual safety.
