Elstree has an outstanding reputation for supporting boys and girls with special educational needs, as has been recognised in ISI inspections. There is a team of committed and well qualified staff, under the leadership of Mrs Sarah Attwood, who care and look after the pupils with a variety of needs. The department is very well integrated and the boys' and girls' success at Common Entrance and Scholarship examinations is impressive.
