Academically non-selective into nursery at 3+. From reception, entry via a taster morning, with gentle tests in reading, story writing, maths and reasoning added from year 3. Growing numbers of mid-year entries from local primaries and people moving

Exit
All (with rare exceptions) go on to the senior school (automatic entry). Parents see the prep and senior schools as ‘separate parts of an all-through school’. In 2024, six scholarships.
