Mobile phone policy
A clear mobile phone policy is a really important part of modern schooling. This school has provided us with their policy.
Mobile phone policy
We operate a no mobile phones policy at King's Hawford, children are not permitted to bring devices into school and families are encouraged to delay the introduction of smart devices until well into senior school. It is our belief that no child needs such a device between the ages of 2 and 11, and the multitude of risks far outweigh any negligible advantages. Parents are regularly reminded about the need for appropriate age restrictions on any devices used at home, and the recommended ages at which children can access social media.
