SEN statement

Provided by the school and not part of our review

PGHS is proud to offer a warm, inclusive and nurturing environment where every pupil is known, valued and supported to reach her full potential. We are delighted that our SEND provision was recently recognised as a significant strength by the Independent Schools Inspectorate, highlighting our commitment to providing high-quality, personalised support. We believe that a diagnosis or learning difference should never be a barrier to success. Our SEND provision is integrated into every aspect of school life, ensuring that girls with additional needs feel confident, capable and fully included in all that PGHS has to offer, academically, socially and emotionally. Our SEND team provides a range of support, including in-class support and differentiation, small group or one-to-one interventions, access arrangements for assessments, regular reviews and goal-setting with parents and pupils and referrals to external professionals where appropriate. We welcome open communication and encourage parents to contact us with any concerns or questions at any stage. We are always happy to talk about how we can support your daughter at PGHS.
