Head of prep since 2019, Ben Noble, previously head of the junior school at Millfield. He is having a discernible effect on the school’s appeal, with intake up 40 per cent since taking over. Educated at Colyton Grammar, studied psychology at Hertford before jumping between careers in business, politics (including a role as elected councillor for Exeter City Council) and recruitment.
