Special Education Needs
As a school that serves the local Catholic community, St John Fisher provides an education that meets the needs of all pupils that would benefit from a mainstream education. We seek to provide an inclusive education that provides appropriate support in a variety of contexts, depending on the needs of the individual. St John Fisher is proud of its ongoing commitment to support all children under our care, whatever their aptitude or ability. The school supports the spiritual, academic, social, physical and behavioural development of all pupils, with an emphasis on increased levels of assistance for those vulnerable children with the greatest need. We have an SEN quality mark from the Local Authority. The school has achieved accreditation as a "Healthy School". Nov 09.
