So in exchange for some decent grub, pupils turned up regularly, and in their droves, for their revision classes.
Since 1998, Roger Pope, originally from Bristol, studied English at Cambridge. After teaching in Oxfordshire, he spent four years in Hong Kong, then headed home to be head of English at a school in Somerset. Last stop before Kingsbridge Community College (KCC) was a deputy head role at John Bentley School, Wiltshire.
Married with three children, all former KCC pupils, two are now at Oxford and the other is at King's College. Roger is a very happy customer of the school,...
