Since 2015 Kim Welsh, who was previously deputy head for five years. Was originally in banking, but transferred to teaching to be more compatible with family life. Prior to joining Wing she worked as a SENCo at a local school, and as a programme leader at the mainstream Bournemouth and Poole College.
