Since September 2015, John Brett, previously head of Old Buckenham Hall for five years and, before that, head of St Mary's School, Melrose from 1998 to 2010. He was director of music at Thomas's Battersea between 1993 and 1998 and held the same role at King's Hall School, starting his teaching career in 1985. He and his wife Clare have two children.
