Thank the school
Parents and pupils often have cause to acknowledge the help and support they have received from their schools, for example in helping in the choice of further education or careers. "Say thank you" allows you to send a quick note of appreciation to the school in general or to an individual teacher.
This is a thank you to your school, teacher or careers adviser who helped you to get where you are now.
Please fill in the fields below, which we will transform into a letter of thanks from you to them.
Special Education Needs
Minehead First School is proud to host a specialist SEN resource base for up to 12 pupils. The Resource base takes pupils from across West Somerset who have complex special needs. Entry to the RB is via the complex panel. We are commited to inclusion although we believe that inclusion is not a location. All children in the RB have specialist teaching in a small group with a high level of adult support and access to a mainstream class for activities that they are able to cope with. We have a disabled bathroom (including a shower) and a variety of outside equipment including two disabled tricycles. There is a teacher in charge of the RB and a dedicated team of assistants.
