What the school says

Inaura School is an independent SEND school for students aged 8–18 with complex educational, social, emotional and mental health needs. With four learning centres across Somerset, we provide day placements for students from Somerset and surrounding authorities. As a Section 41 Approved School, we take a relational, non-coercive approach, focusing on trust, success and removing barriers to learning. Our learner-centred model - Head, heart, hands, and home - supports academic progress, emotional resilience, hands-on learning and strong home-school partnerships. Above all, we prioritise safety, wellbeing and re-engaging students in education, empowering them to thrive and enjoy learning again.
