Merchant Taylors' is a famous family of Schools with an enviable reputation on Merseyside, throughout the North West of England, and nationwide. Merchant Taylors' Boys' School is located near to, and has close links with the Junior Boys' School, as well as Stanfield Mixed Infants and Junior Girls' School and Merchant Taylors' Senior Girls' School. Founded in 1620, the schools always achieve among the best GCSE and A Level results on Merseyside and in the North West and enjoy exceptional extra-curricular success. Entrance requirements as follows: English, Maths and Verbal reasoning examination. Specimen papers available on request.
