Lomond School acknowledges the significance of mobile phones in contemporary society, while also recognising the potential disruptions they can cause in an educational setting. All pupils are expected to abide by the school's guidelines which were created to foster a safe, respectful, and conducive learning environment for all. Mobile phones are permitted on school premises for communicating with parents/guardians before and after school hours. During the school day, mobile phones must be switched off or set to silent mode and stored out of sight, unless explicitly authorised by the teacher for educational purposes.

At Lomond School in Helensburgh, Scotland, we prepare our pupils for their future by ensuring that they learn the skills necessary to be successful in the 21st century, whilst developing the traditional values and qualities they require to be responsible and active global citizens. From junior 1 to senior 6, our teachers deliver a rich and varied inquiry based curriculum ensuring that pupils are encouraged to love learning right from the start and continue to be challenged and inspired throughout. From senior 5, pupils study the IBDP or the IBCP.
