Our view

The sweeping one-way drive is flanked by well-manicured lawns and borders to reveal a superb Victorian country house. At the top, there are signposts for Fort, Piggy Palace, Library Garden, Forest School, Swimming, Secret Garden and Mud Kitchen.

The nursery, pre-prep and prep sections of Sutton Valence School, a through school for ages 2-18, offer a seamless educational journey in a safe, rural environment. Children thrive in a broad curriculum that prioritises academic excellence, community values and respect. We provide opportunities for success beyond the classroom, including forest school and a purpose-built nursery, ensuring holistic development. For those not continuing to our senior school, we maintain a strong focus on achieving high standards, enabling successful entry to local grammar schools.
