What The Good Schools Guide says


Since 2015, Dr Andrew Daniel, previously senior deputy head at Wellington School, Somerset. A former pupil of UWC Atlantic College, Dr Daniel graduated with a starred first in geophysical sciences from the University of East Anglia and University of Washington, Seattle. He was awarded his doctorate from Liverpool University on the mathematical modelling of plate tectonics in Patagonia. He was head of mathematics at Taunton School and responsible for the academic life of Aiglon College in Switzerland before joining Wellington.

Married to Alison, an oceanographer; they have a young daughter and son. His interests include mountaineering, hill walking, cycling, coaching squash and the French horn.

Special Education Needs
