Despite its relatively small size, Fram packs quite a punch. It’s cast off its slightly fusty, comfortable reputation and is now much more outward looking. There’s very apparent ambition and expectation now and pupils in both schools are responding. It’s possible now for a child to start at 2 and continue through to 18 – and why wouldn’t they when there is such a good, well-rounded education on offer?

Why read our school review?

Unlike other websites, schools can't pay to be included in The Good Schools Guide. This means our review of this school is independent, critical and fair, and written with parents' best interests at heart.

SEN statement

Provided by the school and not part of our review

The College offers a ‘whole school’ approach to support for learning, creating an active partnership that includes the child and parents, with teachers and other professionals, working in concert to provide educational support for the individual at stages throughout their school career. The College sets each child in context, building a ‘child centred’ view. Support for learning is available to all pupils, whether gifted or talented at academic or other pursuits. Achievement is not seen in academic terms alone but embraces learning for life beyond The College.
