Since 2020, Oxford geography graduate Will Williams, previously senior deputy head at Pangbourne College in Berkshire. Headhunted for the role after a career, teaching and senior management, in leading selective schools. Made the decision to take the job at Kew House while sitting in a local falafel restaurant, watching the pupils come in and out, it felt ‘vibrant’, he says.
Educated at King Edward VI School, a state comprehensive in Lichfield, Staffordshire and Oxford University. A rugby fan with teaching in the blood, his mother was a primary school teacher and his maternal grandfather was a primary head in Wales.
